Shipping Policy

 

Shipping is FREE when you choose USPS Priority at checkout. Normal delivery is 2-3 business days.*

Expedited delivery will incur the following charges.

USPS Express       $45

FedEx 2 Day         $35

FedEx Overnight   $55

FedEx Saturday Delivery  $75

FedEX will not deliver to PO Boxes

During Covid-19, arrival times may be extended.

 Purchases will normally ship the following business day. Please call 719-633-4070 to make special arrangements. We will make every effort to accommodate your special requests. An adult  signature will be required on ALL deliveries.*

During Covid-19, most carriers are not permitting signatures.

We want you to be happy! Our 30-day return privilege provides you time to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Any item except customized or final sale items may be returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. We will exchange or credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.  Any gifts with purchase or promotional products must be included in the return.

 Custom ordered and customized merchandise includes sizing, engraving and any merchandise that has been special ordered from the designer. Deposits for special/custom orders are not refundable.

 

How to Prepare a Return

 

  1. Package your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond grading report and that report is not returned, you will be responsible  for the $250 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Johannes Hunter Jewelers, Jewels, or Jewelry, anywhere on the outside of the box.
  2. Insure Your Package.
    • Items less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. Johannes Hunter Jewelers will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
    • Items more than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Johannes Hunter Jewelers.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
    • Items more than $10,000: High value returns often require special arrangements.
